Our delivery model is organized in a way that it is flexible to accommodate any client specific requirements. For some clients we execute assignments from our office , and for others it is at their locations.One or more professional(s) is/are assigned to each client engagement. Senior delivery managers interact with the clients, on a continual basis, to identify areas of improvement.
Each person in a delivery team reports to a Project manager who in turn reports to a Delivery Head. Therefore there is a clear escalation path in the organization.
At the senior management level, there are at least three professionals who continuously interact with customers ensuring customer satisfaction and delight.
